Flatout Pizza

Whole wheat flatout (or whole wheat/corn tortilla)

Oliveo oil 

Fresh chopped garlic

Slice tomatoes

Artichoke hearts

Peppers

Spinach

Onions

Feta

**Meat of your choice

 

Toast flatout until slightly browned. Brush with olive oil, layer garlic, spinach, basil, peppers, artichoke hearts, and onions. If using meat add to the top and sprinkle with feta cheese. Bake at 350 until hot.
