Day 2 Ultimate Reset

Day 2 started out much better, no headache and not nearly as tired. I went to bed at 9 last night which is 2 hours earlier than normal. I still did not get 8 hours in but out of the 8 I did get 4.5! So far so good. Had lunch with a couple of friends and avoided salad dressing. Dinner was the same as last night but plan on making something new this weekend.

I started the day with a beautiful sunrise and ended it sitting on my deck looking at the amazing mountain!

Thanks for folowing along. It will get way more exciting I promise!
