Day 5 Ultimate Reset

Day 5 and I was hoping to get a walk in but it rained all day so I prepped instead. I made roasted green beans, asparagus, a batch of steel cut oats, salad dressing and toasted some nuts!

Slept 5.5 hours last night so that is good! So far so good not much to report on other than mentally I feel much better and more alert. Not being as active is making my muscles ache so headed to bed and tomorrow regardless will go to the gym if the weather is bad.
